Perennials and Grasses:

One year 50% replacement warranty. In the event that the plant fails during the warranty period, Ground Effects will replace the perennial or grass at a 50% discount of the plant cost. 

Trees, Shrubs and Evergreens:

One year replacement warranty. In the event that the plant fails during the warranty period, Ground Effects will replace the trees, shrubs or evergreens at a 100% discount of the plant cost.

*All replacements are a one time replacement. Replacement labor is not included in the warranty. If you have upgraded to the full service landscape maintenance program, all replacement labor is also covered. 

*We do not replace plants before June 1st. Plants outside our zone (zone 4), annuals, discounted, sales, or previously replaced plants are void of warranty. The warranty does not cover acts of God, insect or animal damage, mechanical damage, wind or sun damage. Plants in above ground containers are not guaranteed over winter. Your receipt must be present at the time of the return.
