Justin has been with Ground Effects from the beginning.  He started working in the Garden Center as a sophomore in high school; managing the garden center and designing from his dorm room in college.  He is now the retail and marketing manager.  Justin makes sure that we have the highest quality plants in our Garden Center as well as the new and exciting.  He also tries to make sure the Garden Center and Flower Shop keep communicating and progressing.  One of the latest endeavors to take on was to overhaul the marketing and has done some new fun things to try set Ground Effects apart.
