Justin started with Ground Effects in 2009 and from the beginning he was carving a niche for himself here.  He is a jack of all trades and has taken on more responsibility throughout the years.  He takes a large amount of pride in making sure that the Garden Center looks spectacular.  He also has a passion for plants and making sure you find a solution for what you are looking for.  One of the driving forces behind our new display gardens, Justin wanted to have it so our customers could see all of our plants we carry in the ground.  Justin’s willingness to do almost anything and his gifts in managing people are a few of his qualities that make him most valuable at Ground Effects.
