One of the original founders of Ground Effects, Jay’s vision for Ground Effects has helped to get us where we are.  Jay has a gift with people and has had a large part in shaping our culture.  Jay takes care of all of our accounts receivable and payable along with anything else having to do with finances.  Jay also is in charge of all of our hard goods and making sure we have everything we need and line up trucks to get it here.  Jay’s upbeat personality is well known around here at Ground Effects.
